Shipping time consists of two parts: processing time and delivery time.

Our processing time is 1–3 calendar days. During this time, we prepare and pack your order after it is placed.

After your order is processed, the estimated delivery time is 7–14 calendar days.

Therefore, the total estimated shipping time is 8–17 calendar days.

Supported Country

We currently provide shipping and delivery services only to Bangladesh.

At this time, we do not offer shipping services to other countries.

Free Shipping

We provide free shipping for orders of BDT 1,300 or more within Bangladesh.

For orders below BDT 1,300, standard shipping charges may apply and will be shown at checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information.

You can use the tracking number provided in the email to track your order through our order tracking page.

Simply enter your tracking number and click “Track” to see the latest shipping updates.

Delivery Time Notice

Please note that the delivery time shown above is an estimated timeframe.

Your package may arrive earlier or, in some cases, take longer than the estimated delivery time due to circumstances such as customs clearance, weather, local delivery conditions, or other unexpected delays.

If Your Order Does Not Arrive

If your package does not arrive within the expected delivery time, or if the tracking information shows “Delivered” but you have not received the package, please contact our customer service team.
